(click on thumbnail to enlarge)We were hired by a customer in the recreational industry to manufacture custom barrel trains to be used for rental at campgrounds, carnivals, and other amusement locations. Composed of stainless steel tubing and 55 gallon plastic tanks, a number of production methods were employed to manufacture the parts including certified welding, bending, cutting, and precision machining techniques. The train was finished with a long lasting, black colored powder coat application. The completed part measured 60″ in length by 30″ in width. We also supplied the wheels, horns, seatbelts, and stop signs to complete the product. Comprehensive testing and inspections were carried out to ensure quality and integrity.
